DISCOVER X3 is the latest evolution in technology and represents a professional metal detector with 3D function, developed primarily for locating objects and large masses at great depths.

The technology of the DISCOVER X3 was born from the experience, study and evolution of similar instruments, such as the LORENZ DEEPMAX Z2, the TB Pulse Star 2 and the Geosensis X3.

Today, compared to its predecessors, the DISCOVER X3 is totally stabilised, having solved the problem of false signals and mineralised soils. In addition, the new DISCOVER X3 technology enables deeper surveys, with the possibility of excluding small objects and metal trash.

It is handmade and each DISCOVER X3 is individually tested!
It has a stability on the ground that other cots do not have.
It has an effective detection depth of over 2 metres for a metal box measuring 15 centimetres in diameter by 10 centimetres in height. For larger targets, the detection depth increases substantially.
It totally ignores small objects, metal junk and small coins and aluminium foil.
It has excellent discrimination to distinguish iron from noble metals.
It is very easy to set up and very quick to use.

MAIN FUNCTIONS AND CONTROLS:

With the ON/OFF Potentiometer we can switch on the metal detector and adjust the volume.
The SENS Potentiometer (SENSITIVITY) adjusts the sensitivity and sends out pulses, i.e. the ticking of the detector.
With the DISC (DISCRIMINATION) Potentiometer we can discriminate small targets, such as aluminium foil, and eliminate metal junk.
This is a very useful function with small plates, because using larger cots will automatically eliminate fist-sized targets.

RESET button: Pressing the RESET button will cause the metal detector to ignore the ground mineralisation, so it balances by performing Ground Balance. We also use the RESET button to check the battery and check its charge.
Equipped with a built-in battery, the DISCOVER X3 recharges with its own charger.
Equipped with military connections with security screw.
Operation is as simple as possible.

Another advantage of the DISCOVER X3 Metal Detector over the classic Pulse models is the Pulse Boost.

Boost allows amplification on weak target signals that would otherwise be inaudible. To achieve this, a higher power transmission pulse system and shorter delay signal reception filters have been implemented, further increasing sensitivity and depth, while maintaining stability on the ground. The stability of the DISCOVER X3 practically translates into silence during scanning, i.e. zero false signals, the metal is not nervous at all, despite having an exceptional depth!

Targets are indicated by a backlit signal and intensity detector, which increases in frequency as the coil approaches the target.

The Audio X3 target detection system has a very wide range, so the frequency continues to increase progressively even with the coil positioned very close to the target as an aid to accurate detection.

DISCOVER X3 comes with a complete probe kit for every need.

The DISCOVER X3 comes standard with the 4-metre circumference probe (i.e. 1 metre diameter) and the SUPER PROBE pinpointer.

Using this type of cot/probe, small targets and trash that other VLF and Pulse Induction metal detectors have trouble discriminating are totally ignored by the DISCOVER X3.

All the DISCOVER X3's plates and antennas are waterproof and submersible in water.

The DISCOVER X3 was built to find large treasures deep underground, so it totally ignores small metal rubbish, bullets, aluminium foil, and even small coins.

Another advantage of the DISCOVER X3 is that it discriminates the type of metal: thanks to the LEDs you can identify whether the target is made of iron (green LED) or if the target is made of precious metal (red LED).

ROUND FRAME COILS

The DISCOVER X3 pulse detector frame coil has the novelty of being circular and foldable for easy transport and use.

The circular frame design has the advantage of increasing sensitivity in depth, as the pulse induction electromagnetic field is focused in the centre of the frame, unlike the usual square frames that dissipate the signal over a wider area.

REJECT AND DISCRIMINATION NEVER BEFORE SEEN IN PULSE INDUCTION:

Small metal objects and surface rubbish, such as iron nails, tin can tears/tongues, bullets, etc. are automatically ignored using the DISCOVER x3 frame coils.

ACCESSORIES:

The SUPER PROBE Pinpointer comes standard with the DISCOVER X3 KIT. Waterproof up to 10 metres with a standard 2.5 metre cable (or 12 metres on order), it helps to pinpoint the buried target and is extremely useful for scanning cramped, narrow, awkward areas and for all precision and pinpoint surveys where larger plates and coils cannot be used.

TARGET ID

DISCOVER X3 automatically ignores small pieces of metal trash. It also features LED discrimination that helps identify medium-sized surface rejects when searching for larger, deeper buried masses.

For probable target identification, the DISCOVER X3's metal discrimination separates metals by using LEDs and marking with the GREEN / IRON LED both iron and tin as well as small pieces of tin, and with the RED / NON-IRON LED all other metals considered noble, such as gold, silver, bronze and other precious metals.

In addition, Brande automatically ignores all objects that are as small as the size of a fist.

GROUND RADAR FOR 3D METAL DETECTORS

2D and 3D OPTION with WIRELESS DATA LOGGER:

The DISCOVER X3 can also be used as a 3D geoscanner. 3D allows you to view the size and shape of the buried object in real time, thanks to a special App designed to work on all types of Android devices, and therefore also on common mobile phones/smartphones.

The 3D DATA LOGGER is useful for understanding the buried target in a complete way, knowing not only its depth but also its shape and size.

ICON DATA LOGGER 3D enables 2D or 3D visualisation of buried targets. It also provides the depth of the target, and it is possible to zoom in, set filters, rotate the scan made, to view the target from different angles and it is possible to export the image in bmp, jpeg to print it or to send it via the main social networks used, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, etc...
